HELP NEEDED with Podcast

I am working hard on my podcast and Mp3s but I can not figure out how to add a plugin to Wordpress so I can upload the files!! HELP! Does anyone know how to do this? Also what is the best form to save my files in MP3 or wav???? I need all the help I can get! Hugs Brandy

Hello Everyone! I have been hard at work creating my new website. Stress Reduction and Habit Transformation for busy moms. Tomarrow I will be recording the Mp3s for January and Febuary.Hopefully I will get to the first podcast also. By the way does anyone know how to make 'album art' for Mp3??? I hope you will all stop by and share whatever feedback you may have. Please share the link with any mom that you know that needs a little relaxation

JoeThis is a great question and one I bet some here were afraid to ask. WAV or MP3 ?
Their both standard formats for audio files (music, voice or sound). WAV is also called "raw" format and MP3 is compressed by about 85%. You see more MP3 because it's faster to download of add to your iPod, it takes up less space. The major drawback is loss during the conversions which can lose some of the fidelity of the material. MP3 has different seetings to adjust the compression rate and thus minimize or maximize the space savings.
WAV and MP3 are usually playable on a PC with a player (Windows Media, RealPlayer), MP3's are also playable on iPods and a number of other devices.
The new exciting formats I'm working with are ogg/vorbis and flac. They are both lossless compression and are becoming more mainstream and either will hopefully replace MP3 sometime soon.
