I am working hard on my podcast and Mp3s but I can not figure out how to add a plugin to Wordpress so I can upload the files!!

HELP!

Does anyone know how to do this?

Also what is the best form to save my files in MP3 or wav????

I need all the help I can get!

I am happy to share that I have begun the process of creating a Holistic Health Center  in Amador County.

I got a great deal on a commercial building that I will share with and organic coffee co.

The Center has 4 offices,2 bathrooms and a nice reseption area big enough for small dance classes.

The coffee co is creating a nice patio near my entrance and is building a deluxe kitchen that can be used for cooking classes and catering. This project will take about 2 years but I am ready for the challenge!!!

Feeling excited!

So much is falling into place.I have a workshop (BAnish the Bad Mood Momma)coming up on the 10th that was spose to be only 10 women in each workshop (2) and now the last count was 70!!!!!! Very nervous as I have never worked in front of such a large group but bigger then being nervous is being excite and ready to rock and roll.And to imagin 7 years ago I couldnt even talk to the utility company without being paralized by fear. Ahh the power of hypnosis to tranform lives!!!

 

Im sad to say that Sonya, the massage therapist that has been the most wonderful office mate has decided to take a job and give up her room at my office.

HOWEVER this means that there is an affordable space for rent on Ione.Centerally located within 45 minutes of Sacaramento,Elk Grove,Lodi, and Placervill

And if I do say so myself,I am an easy office mate.

My office is located at 106 B East Main St with great parking.

My office is 3 rooms. Due to the layout,the office can only be used by one officemate at a time.The rooms are linked train style(one leading into another)

The front room is a nice size reception/classroom area that easly sits 8 as is.(more if extra chairs are brought in)

The middle room is my session room, but can be used by my new officemate if needed. Comfortable recliner,55gal fish tank.

The 3rd room is the perfect massage room or?

The 3rd room is for my new office mate do as they please with...paint,decorate,????

For a small additional charge,my neighbor has a great little studio set up for Karate and is availabe for classes.I know that Yoga and Tai Chi are wanted in the area

The office is available:

Tuesday

Wednesday

Thursdays

1/2 day on Friday.

2 Saturdays per month-the other 2 Saturdays will be open for use with notification.I almost never work on Saturdays in the office since Im off playing with kids.But I like to have the option when needed

All Sundays.-Sundays are the day I come in to clean the office.If Im cleaning and you need the office,Im out of there!:)

Now, I occ. use the office in the middle of the week for approx 2 hours on the day of use.I always make sure that the officemate knows and it does not cause schedule conflicts.

I also have some flexiability with my days of the week

So if you need a schedule that work with an outside job or other responsbilities,lets talk.

The rent is $250 per month and includes all utilities.

I am open to more then one person sharing the space.
